I recently increased the annual revenue of a wellness center in Costa Rica by over 100% through new sales and marketing strategies and relationship building protocols.

 

​I have designed and implemented CRM and website subscriber platforms that resulted in a +200% increase in website subscribers over 5 years, and a coinciding 200% increase in engagement and online sales of all online streaming and digital products.

​

I have maintained a consistent sales conversion rate on high ticket wellness/personal retreat client sales of 50% won. This includes new conversion clients from both referrals and advertising campaigns.

Optimized company workflows, reduced marketing operational costs by over 25% through CRM automation, while also substantially increasing workflow capacity. Less input and time needed from staff, more quality output utilizing CRM's, OpenAI, Google Ad Suite and other platform / SaaS tools.​

I have written and designed thousands of compelling email campaigns that drive client engagement and consistently achieve open rates from 40-50%. This is possible though a high level of trust/content quality/relationship building, and added value offered across all client interaction levels, which I have built and  maintained for clients.
